We are... here's what's on the menu:

Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken (free-range, cage-free, organic)

Caribbean Rice with Beans (brown rice)

Fried Okra (from the garden -- it's Caribbean, too!)

Peaches (organic, from our tree) with Coconut

Pina Coladas (made with organic pineapple-coconut juice -- and rum, of course!)
